A2i and Netcom Learning will work together
Aspire to Innovate-a2i and Netcom Learning Global Limited will work together to develop skilled manpower and create futuristic jobs including AI-Robotics. To the aim of the aim of the target, a memorandum of understanding was signed on Sunday (February 04) at the ICT Tower of Agargaon in the capital.
As per the agreement, the e-learning platform ' Muktpath' under A2i and skilled employment matchmaking platform ' NICE ' will coordinate with Netcom Learning Global Limited to enhance timely technical skills of the country's job aspirants. The two related institutions will work to improve the skills of the country's job aspirants and create and increase employment opportunities in the job market through artificial intelligence (AI)-robotics for training on fourth industrial revolution modern technology.
A2i Project Director (Joint Secretary) Md. Mamunur Rashid Bhuya and Netcom Learning Global Chairman and Managing Director Mamun Sardar (Russell Sardar) signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations.
Meanwhile, Md. Samsul Arefin, ICTD Secretary; Anir Chowdhury, Policy Advisor of A2i; Md. Afzal Hossain Sarwar, A2i Policy Analyst and Head (Future of Education) Strategy and Innovation Specialist H.M. Asad-uz-Zaman] Head (Commercial and Strategy) Rezwanul Haque Jami, Head of Culture and Communications Puravi Matin along with senior officials of Netcom Global Learning and A2I were present.
The Secretary of Information and Communication Technology Department Md. Samsul Arefin said that the government has given special priority to visualize Bangladesh as SMART Bangladesh and increasing employment. So that, we now want to increase the skills in white-collar jobs. In this, a large educated population of the country will develop the technical skills needed to become smart citizens, which will play a key role in inclusion in the local and global labor market.
Md. Mamunur Rashid Bhuya, Project Director (Joint Secretary) of A2i, said that through today's agreement, the country's job seekers will be able to learn modern technology by taking courses on the largest e-learning platform in Bengal, 'Muktpath' along with training, real-time supply&demand matchmaking platform in the job market. You will get employment opportunities through NICE. As a result of the joint certification of A2i-Netcom, job seekers will have the opportunity to apply for competitive jobs with other countries of the world in anticipation of white-collar jobs in the world's top five hundred tech companies, such as Microsoft, Google and Amazon.
